Our primal aim is to achieve the full satisfaction of our customers by offering a product and service of quality and in constant improvement. Therefore, we have established and assume the following principles as part of our quality policy:

• From Broquetas, we focuse all our activity to the achievement of meeting and even exceeding the needs of our customers, complying with the applicable current regulations and standards at all times. We have therefore established several procedures to help us on the ongoing evaluation of the level of satisfaction of our clients and basing our decisions and actions on the analysis this data.

• Showing the clear commitment of Broquetas with the quality objectives, back in 2001 we implemented the ISO Quality Management System, audited and certified by the prestigious Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance and being presently an ISO 9001: 2008 registered company.

• Since 2006, our quality department has its own analysis laboratory.

• For the analysis test of alloys, we have an optical emission spectrometer sourced by electric excitation brand THERMO model ARL346.

• We follow thorough controls that cover the whole production process by:

• Checking the reception of the raw materials to then proceed to their analysis in order to manage and stock them appropriately.

• Checking the manufacturing process: we conduct continuous sample tests of the alloys during the production cycle in order to then guarantee their compositions and quality. Every product is batch numbered and all the merchandise is delivered with a composition analysis that certifies the alloys comply with the current European standards EN-ISO 9453 and the RoHS directive.

• Moreover, we provide assistance to our clients by conducting analysis of a sample of the solder they have been using, in order to guide them if that solder complies with the applicable current standards and to advise them on how to better optimize his production.

• Quality is also common objective for all the internal departments of Broquetas and therefore, each department and individual has to assume the role of being customer and supplier at the same time for the rest of departments and individuals of the company.

• The management of Broquetas considers that the involvement of the staff in the quality management project is vital, and therefore strengths its human resources through training and motivation.
